Yesterday was another ChaosMeeting of our little group at the Herder Gymnasium Nordhausen.
The presentation of Markus about the "Artificial Intelligence" was skipped and we
talked a little bit about MacOS X and the free software project
Celestia.
A funny story about Celestia was that it is really difficult to zoom into space. That's why
Pascal watched five(?) minutes into black space and waited for Sol. But Sol was gone long time ago
because of the high time value.
Another difficult thing was to find the
Cassini orbiter in our
Milky Way.
We think it's even not
implemented in Celestia, but if you find it, please send us a screenshot.
If you are interested in Celestia (a free space simulation that lets you explore our universe in three dimensions), you can have an additional look at the screenshots on its website.
And now: Good night everybody and enjoy your weekend!
